The weather data at Holfuy is collected by autonomous weather stations. The stations are mounted and maintained by Holfuy customers. It can easily happen that a station is sending unreal or inaccurate data (even for a longer period). Some of the different sensors or the whole station may fail, in that case data won't be updated. The owners/administrators of the stations are able to turn off the stations at any time. Holfuy is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the data at Holfuy.

Holfuy is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from usage of this site. Using any available information at Holfuy is done at the User's own discretion and risk.
Extreme sports can be dangerous!

To the extent that this website contains links to outside services and resources, the availability and content of which Holfuy does not control, any concerns regarding any such service or resource, or any link thereto, should be directed to the particular outside service or resource. Accordingly, we encourage you to be aware when you leave our website and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each other website that you visit.

The main language of the Holfuy website, services and support is English. Some parts of the websites and services are translated to other languages also, but without any warranty. Please always use the English version as a reference.

Without limiting its other remedies, Holfuy may immediately modify, discontinue, suspend or terminate some pages or services at any time in its sole discretion.

Holfuy assumes no responsibility for, and shall not be liable for, any damages or expenses you may incur as a result of any inaccuracy, incompleteness or obsolescence of any Data contained in the Site. THE SERVICES OF THE SITE ARE PROVIDED .AS IS., WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, you agree that neither Holfuy nor any of its affiliates, employees or agents will be liable to you or to any other party for any direct or indirect damages, or for any special, exemplary, punitive, incidental, consequential or other damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits or lost time), whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, which arise out of or are in any way connected with any access to the Site or any viewing or use of any information on the Site. You acknowledge that the limitations in this Section are reasonable and appropriate. Holfuy reserves the right to change prices any time.
Except confirmed orders, quotes and offers by us in e-mail. In these cases the given price will be valid till the written due date in the mail/quote.
*At times where software or human errors for instance list products with an obvious faulty price, Holfuy reserves the rights to cancel the order -notifications will be given.

Holfuy reserves the right to change its stock availability on the webshop and to remove items from the product range before a purchase has been registered. For paid services with annual subscription we reserve the right to discontinue the service after 1 year after the last accepted payment. For discontinued products we keep the right to refuse support or repair service after the warranty period.

We do our best to make sure that all of the content on our site is correct. However, as we are only human, we reserve the right that unintentional errors may occur.

Holfuy will send you a payment request by email (optionally with a Proforma Invoice). We send it few days before the station(s)/ product(s) are ready for shipment, or when a service subscription's expiry date is close. The payment could be done by a wire transfer in EUR currency to our bank account.
We ship as soon as possible after your payment has arrived in our account.

The prices at Holfuy are always shown without VAT, shipping costs and the special customs charges. When you order from the EU without a valid EU VAT ID we will add the VAT on the price (rate is between 17%-27% and depends on the local VAT rules of your country).
For non-EU customers: Additional VAT, customs charges and other levies may be incurred by your local Customs Authority on your import, at applicable rates.

Normally Holfuy packets are shipped by TNT, DPD, EMS or standard post. The shipping costs for a standard station between 20-70EUR in most cases. We will send the tracking number by email after your packet has left our office.
The delivery normally takes about 3-5 days inside the EU, and roughly 5-10 days to other countries. For a quote please contact us by email.

We carefully test every single station before shipping. But we're only human, and occasionally a problem might slip through. The statutory-legal guarantee covers the productions defects of the Holfuy products for a period of one (1) year (24 months for customers in the EU for the station itself, 12 months for the sensors) from the original shipping day (when we sent the station for you). During the warranty period, we will repair/replace the damaged part of the station free of charge. Please note that buyer pays for the return shipping to Hungary. This warranty doesn't cover any damage due lightning, shock accident, physical damages, natural wear.
Please contact us first if an error occurred. We will help to find the cause of the problem first.

If you don't find the answer to your questions on our website, the primary support channel is email. It is also possible to reach us on Skype and on phone when we are in the office. The main support language is English (we can understand German also). We reserve the right to ignore support requests in other languages. Generally we reply within 1 working day to most of the requests. But as we are a small company it can happen that we won't respond at all for more days (e.g. if we are on vacation for a week). We process the incoming requests in a special order based on our priority policies. It can happen that your request will be processed only after some newer, other requests.

We charge extra (one time/annual) fee for the following extra services (including but not limited to):

• Private data hosting (the station's weather data is saved with a password, and not available for the public visitors of Holfuy).
• Other, custom hosting/ data processing services.

We offer HTML iframe modules to show a station's data at other websites. This option is only enabled for registered domains. Holfuy widgets come with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY. We reserve the right to disable Holfuy modules at your page any time, without prior notice.

We can offer direct API access to one or more station's data for free of charge. Holfuy API-s come with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY. We reserve the right to discontinue API-s, or disable your access to them any time, without prior notice. If an other website than Holfuy uses and shows the data from Holfuy it should name Holfuy as the source of the data and add a link for the station's data monitor page as the source next to the data.

For public stations the archive data from the last 5 days is available for every visitor in graphs at the station's data monitor page. We store the archive data for each station at least for two years. After this period we reserve the right to remove the archive data from Holfuy. The station administrators can view and download their stations' archive data at the analyst page. It is highly recommended for the station owners to backup their station(s)' archive data yearly.

The owner of the weather data which is collected by Holfuy weather stations is Gipfeliot kft., it can use/resell the data without any limitation. Each station hardware's owner (the person/company/etc. who bought the station) also has the right to collect and store the station's weather data on its server/system where they can use/resell the data without any limitation.

We reserve the right to forward weather data from Holfuy weather stations to 3rd party websites/providers/companies. Station administrators can also enable weather data forwarding for their station to other websites (e.g. to Windguru) at the station's setup page. These services come with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY. We reserve the right to discontinue data forwarding to any provider from any station, any time, without prior notice.

Without prior consultation and agreement it is forbidden to download or collect any weather data or website content from Holfuy (e.g. by automated scripts). Except the station owners for their stations' weather data, and API users who has a valid API key for the data they are collecting.

The information, trademarks, logos on Holfuy are exclusive intellectual property of Holfuy.

Holfuy may amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Those changes will be posted here. Any such changes will become effective immediately upon the date they are first posted to this Site.
You agree to be bound by these revised terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to return to this page from time to time to review the most current terms and conditions. Holfuy does not assume any obligation to notify you of changes to these terms and conditions.
