Følg veien mot Torsetstølane. Hold til høyre ved tregrensa der veien deler seg og går opp til Torsetstølane. Veien åpner frem til start når snøen går. Frem til da må en gå fra der brøytinga slutter.

Starten er en snuplass ved enden av grusveien. Ganske bratt rett utenfor. Man kan også følge sti noen 100 meter opp og starte i lyngen.
